Mc Cain’s second wife Cindy, the daughter of a wealthy Budweiser beer distributor, was addicted to prescription narcotics & even stole hard drugs from a medical charity that she ran.
Not that I do not understand that there are people every day who become addicted to prescription narcotics through no fault of their own.
But the part where she stole hard drugs from a medical charity that she ran. Do not actions speak louder than words?

Mrs. McCain's trip offers a good example of the complex and sometimes contradictory ways that post-Watergate regulations have evolved to dictate what is considered proper use of campaign funds. Sen. McCain is one of the leading champions of such rules, but critics charge his campaign has applied them liberally in a number of instances.
She used the jet on several trips last year that included campaign-related activity but never got campaign reimbursement, according to flight-tracking records and campaign-finance reports verified by the McCain campaign. At the New York fund-raiser, she spoke on stage, warming up the audience for her husband.
If the campaign had paid for Mrs. McCain's trip to New York and three others that appear to have included some campaign work, it would likely have cost a total of about $15,000, the equivalent of first-class fare for the trips combined.
Jan Baran, a Republican campaign lawyer, said the campaign should have paid. "I don't know why they want to fight it," he said. "The chutzpah is not that they're not paying for this trip, it's that they're using a corporate airplane at a highly discounted rate."
Cleta Mitchell, another Republican lawyer, said she would have advised her clients to pay for such a trip, but that the McCain campaign had a solid legal basis for not doing so. "That advisory opinion is something of an outlier," she said, "but I think it is probably appropriate that they are relying on that to say that, under the circumstances, it would have been inappropriate to pay for her air travel."
Here's the problem:
Jack Abramoff used to own luxury skyboxes at FedEx Field (where the Washington Redskins play), Camden Yards (where the Baltimore Orioles play) and at what's now the Verizon Center, but used to be the MCI Center (where the Washington Capitals, the Washington Wizards, and most concert tours play). He also used to own Signatures restaurant and Stackers Deli, and their attendant catering businesses.
Abramoff used to rent these out to Republican campaigns for use as fundraising venues, and then magically "forget" to bill the campaigns for their use, as required by law. These same campaigns, of course, magically "forgot" to pay, and usually "forgot" to report the transaction altogether.
Jack Abramoff is in jail for this.
Bob Ney went to jail for this.
Former Rep. Ernie Istook's chief of staff is going to jail for this.

During Mr. McCain’s four years in the House, Mr. Keating, his family and his business associates contributed heavily to his political campaigns. The banker gave Mr. McCain free rides on his private jet, a violation of Congressional ethics rules (he later said it was an oversight and paid for the trips).
Boy, he sure forgets a lot of stuff. Or a lot of instances of the exact same unethical and illegal stuff, anyway.

Being a retired Gulf war vet can under stand this position. But a few facts play into this that concern me & should you.

The man who was known as "McNasty" in high school has erupted in foul-language tirades at political foes & congressional colleague’s more-or-less throughout his career, & his quickness to anger has been an issue on the presidential campaign trail as evidence of his fury has surfaced.
This is the same one declaring Obama that not having served in uniform is not qualified to be ably to handle foreign affairs.
Handling pressure when having the control over if a nation goes to war and not losing their self control is important.
When it’s the lives of vets in the balance that will be sent to defend the freedoms & rights of the people.
The same ones being beaten with them now. This same quickness to anger not be as quick to involve this nation in another war not based on all the facts, you no the truth.

Just as history can show links of cultures bringing clear the role each one played in our history through out the world.
Events can go to describe the make up & character about a man, his strengths & weakness’ his values.
If this being true than this nation made up of all colors creeds beliefs & values need to look beyond the top layers of surface information & look to its base of facts and events the have shaped the man.
One applying to the highest position to lead our country to be held to the highest levels of trust, devotion, control in all aspects even as it extends to their relationships professional and personal.
With this being said I will continue to present the information of facts to which I hope brings into focus a more clear & detail picture.
Character is not something that can be taught. But something that’s developed as one goes through life. It’s the sum of people they come in contact with as well as events that shape their beliefs. Good & bad.

Couple this with the latest unemployment rate which has shot up to 5.5 percent in May, the biggest one-month jump in decades. So far this year, 324,000 people have lost their jobs.

The Arizona Republican said legislation before Congress would establish in U.S. law the international standard banning any treatment of prisoners that "shocks the conscience." That would include, McCain said, mock executions and "water boarding," in which a subject is made to think he is drowning.
My question here is what makes his treatment as P.O.W wrong to what he’s claiming as ok for this country to do?

They say it is legal and did not constitute torture. Bush made comment " that questioning the detainees in this program has given us the information that has saved innocent lives by helping us stop new attacks here in the United States & across the world,"
Bush said in a speech in September 2006. These views that McCain has aligned himself with goes against the whole foundation on which this nation was built on and vets have given their lives to defend.
The rights and freedoms of all. You don’t up hold the law of the land by breaking it.
This brings into play to areas of devotion one in which he’s disregarding the others who went through torture with him and those in which endured his captivity on the home front.

As this position extends to his professional relationships other than anger. There are also 2 points.
One being trying to distance himself from Bush yet aligning with his polices & the gain of donations that Bush is raising on his behalf.
The other being in 1995, McCain sent birthday regards, and regrets for not attending, to Joseph "Joe Bananas" Bonano, the head of the New York Bonano crime family, who had retired to Arizona. Another politician to send regrets was Governor Fife Symington, who has since been kicked out of office and convicted of 7 felonies relating to fraud and extortion. With the latest books to come out. One being from Former White House press secretary Scott McClellan writes in a surprisingly scathing memoir to be published next week that President Bush "veered terribly off course," was not "open and forthright on Iraq," and took a "permanent campaign approach" to governing at the expense of candor and competence.

President Bush this morning acknowledged that "a lot of Americans are concerned about the economy.
"I can understand why," he said. "Gasoline prices are high. Energy prices are high. I do remind them that we have put a stimulus package forward that is expected to help boost the economy. Of course, we'll be monitoring the situation."
The stimulus package must be working I was very stimulated after I had to pay 54 dollars to fill up my truck with gas to go to the bank to cash the check. I hope he was monitoring the situation." I gave.
